For which skin types are DOC BLOCK products best suited?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, non-irritating, and paraben free, and our SPF 55 is hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, ophthalmologist tested, and fragrance free.
Will my products expire?
It is best to use DOC BLOCK formulas within 6 months after opening. Before the products are opened, they have a long shelf life.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. We are dedicated to being a cruelty-free organization, and only doing business with other entities who share our ethics.
Do your products contain chemical sunscreen ingredients?
DOC BLOCK uses the most well-researched, clinically-proven sun protection monograph ingredients that science has to offer, as we don’t believe in taking risks with UV filters. The potential damage from skin damage (leading to melanoma and skin cancer) outweighs any purported downsides to effective sunscreen ingredients, especially since much of the evidence is still inconclusive.
That being said, we very much believe in potent natural ingredients as well, which is why we have included eleven botanical butters in our hero SPF 55 formula, for the best of both worlds.
How do I check on or update my orders?
First, please login to your DOC BLOCK account to see progress. If you wish to make any edits, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We process orders quickly, but if we are still within the window to make changes, we will do everything we can to help.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple or Google Pay, and PayPal. Sadly we do not yet accept Amazon Pay, but it is coming soon. Please do not pay with cash, cashier's check, or personal check.
How do I use a promo code?
Please enter your code during the online checkout process. It is usually the case that you can only use one promo code at a time, and during certain times of year, we restrict the use of promo codes on top of other promotions. Thanks for understanding.

We currently ship to all 50 states, and for special cases, we can provide a quote for international shipping. Please email email@example.com with inquiries.

2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Priority Overnight (1 business day)
When will my order ship?
Orders placed online will be uploaded to our warehouse for fulfillment within 24 hours Monday-Friday. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Orders requesting Overnight Shipping can only be sent Monday-Friday and must be placed before 3PM EST in order to be delivered on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped Monday.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day policy. If you are within your 30 day from purchase window, please request a return at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping back to us, and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Similarly, if you purchased your item on a promotion, it is not eligible for a return or refund, unless you notice a defect or damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

What are the gift options?
Unfortunately Garth Fisher Beauty does not yet offer gift wrap and/or gift receipts for intended recipients. We hope to add this feature in the near future.
How can I purchase or redeem a gift card?
Garth Fisher Beauty, LLC does not yet offer gift cards to docblocksun.com or garthfisherbeauty.com, but we will launch this capability in the near future.
